Processing your payment: To place an order/buy a membership, event, retreat or course on our website or affiliated site. In order to process your payment, we use a third-party payment processor. Your payment will be processed by Stripe, a service which collects, uses and processes your information, including payment information, in accordance with their privacy policies: stripe.com/gb/privacyStripe’s services in Europe are provided by a Stripe affiliate – Stripe Payments Europe Limited (“Stripe Payments Europe”), which is an entity located in Ireland. In providing Stripe Services, Stripe Payments Europe transfers personal data to Stripe, Inc. in the US.
Providing you the requested Services: To be able to provide you with the requested Services, including to register and administer your use of the Services, we process personal data about you. The legal basis for such processing is the service contract for the Service in question.
Registration and administration related to your participation in Services, contests and special events: The personal data processed for this purpose will vary according to the special event in question. The legal basis for such processing is your consent to participate in the special event. These may include: live events, online events, retreats, trainings both in person and online.
Administration of email subscriptions: You can subscribe to receive updates from us via email. If you do so, we will send you information regarding our Services. We will only send you emails with your consent, and you can unsubscribe to such emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email. Gentle Brain retains the collected data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Thereafter Gentle Brain deletes all aforementioned data in its possession within a reasonable timeframe.
