1:1 calls
90 minutes video calls that is entirely yours. This is where we slow down together and go deep into the practices and tools that support you in your journey. And if something is weighing on you, we have space for exploring that too. This hour and a half is fully shaped around your needs.
Home exercises
Much of the magic happens between the sessions. You receive individually tailored home exercises that help you exactly where you are. Everything is gathered under your own user profile in an app, making it simple and easy to navigate. Small, consistent steps in your daily life are often what create the biggest shifts in how your nervous system feels.
Access to The Gentle Path program (worth 390 Euro)
Everything I have learned about stress and the nervous system it is gathered in one place and available to you whenever you need it.
Inside The Gentle Path program you will find guided audio and video modules, metacognitive training and nervous system practices, educational content on stress research and psychology, and workbooks, quizzes and reflection prompts. All of it designed to be explored at your own pace, without any pressure. You will have access to the modules in this program for 1 year, so you can continue on your nervous system journey after our 1:1 sessions are finished.

I'm not your typical wellness coach. I will not push you to work harder or change your life upside down. As a specialist in stress, I know that the most meaningful changes does not come from pushing through, but from giving small, consistent attention to your nervous system over time.
I hold a PhD in metacognition and stress regulation, a year of deep training in gestalt coaching, and have certifications in yin and somatic yoga. Over the years, I have woven all of this together into the Gentle Brain Method, an approach that brings together metacognitive training and nervous system regulation. Metacognition helps us become aware of how stress shows up for us and which strategies are best suited to our situation. Nervous system regulation addresses the underlying biological responses to stress, which consist of creating a felt sense of safety in the body through movement and somatic practices. Real and lasting stress regulation abilities requires working on both levels.
What you take away from our work together will be far more valuable than a set of techniques. You will leave with a understanding of how stress shows up for you, what your patterns are, and what truly works for you when life gets too overwhelming.

Yes, I always have a discovery call with potential clients to make sure we are a good match. Please contact me through the "Get in touch about working together" button and we will find a time that suits both of us.

No, I currently do not offer a payment plan for 1:1 Support Sessions.

When we have had the discovery call and decided to work together, there is a no-refund policy.

It is not possible to book 1:1 Support Sessions for a shorter period of time. The reason for this is that learning to regulate your nervous system takes time, and my experience is that taking a slow, deliberate and consistent approach to this work is what is needed to actually get results.
You are more than welcome to continue working with me after 3 months if that feels right for you.

No, 1:1 Support Sessions are not therapy. The package combine personal coaching with self-study to support your journey at your own pace.
